Rat’s refsheet doubles as a sprite sheet for our brand new character select menu. (You’ll see it when his update drops later this year!) Of course, that meant creating a similar sheet for Chow.

As for who he is and what he does... You have to play the game to figure that out! All I'll say is this: he's an arrogant, hyperarticulate brute and a fiend for eating ass.
